Louis Amatucci, Esq.

Co-Founder & Principal

Mr. Amatucci serves as co-founder and principal at Amatucci & Marston, LLC. He is a litigator and a corporate and securities attorney, who has been in practice for nearly two decades. Besides his substantial legal experience, he has more than fifteen years of management and executive level business experience at a number of large national and multinational corporations.

His legal practice at Amatucci & Marston, LLC is focused on securing compensation for individuals who have been injured by dangerous drugs and products. Mr. Amatucci began his career as an engineer, and during that time, he was exposed to the world of design defects and the potential harm these defects could cause people. Then, as an executive level manager and as a consultant, Mr. Amatucci was revolted when he began to recognize how large corporate America placed a value on the health and life of human in dollars.

His role at Amatucci & Marston is to remedy some of the wrongs in our society by holding companies financially accountable for injuring the users of their products. While there are numerous capable litigation firms in the US, Amatucci & Marston is uniquely positioned to be “better than the rest.” This is because of our passion, our experience, and our ability to hand pick and manage the best co-counsel litigation partner law firms to work with, based on the type of injury that our client has faced.

By way of example, while there are many law firms that are excellent at litigating drug defect cases, some of these firms are not as accomplished with defective product lawsuits. We use our experience to select and manage the best and most accomplished litigation partners based upon the type of drug or product injury our client has faced. In addition, there is no additional cost to using our firm as compared with using a lower skilled law firm.

Mr. Amatucci holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, and three advanced degrees, including a Master of Science, a Master of Arts, and a Juris Doctor. He is a graduate of Dartmouth College, New York University-Polytechnic Institute, and University of Illinois School of Law at Chicago, where he was an honored recipient of the Ronald Rosenberg academic scholarship, and where he graduated with Dean’s List honors. He has, also, been an active member of the Illinois and New York Bar associations, and he is a former graduate level college professor of corporate and employment law.

In addition, he holds two advanced degrees, including a Master of Science in Finance and a Juris Doctor.
